Cinematic Movement. Martial Precision. Creative Expression.

Martial Flow is a structured class where martial arts meet cinematic choreography. Each session explores technical combat movements tailored for performance, with an emphasis on precision, creativity, and - above all - safety.

Students will drill techniques, rehearse choreographed sequences, and apply what they learn in recorded fight scenes—building confidence, rhythm, and storytelling ability through martial movement.

Who It’s For?

This class is open to ages 15+ and welcomes all levels.
Ideal for:

Martial Artists interested in performance.

Stunt Performers and Actors looking to sharpen fight choreography.

Dancers and movement creatives exploring dynamic new forms of expression.

Anyone ready to try something new or curious about movement and storytelling through physicality.

BEYOND COMBAT: Explore the Flow Arts

In addition to cinematic combat training, Martial Flow occasionally offers workshops in flow arts—including poi, staff, and fire fans. These sessions explore the shared foundation between martial practice and flow dancing—both rooted in timing, body awareness, and expressive motion.

This is an opportunity to dive into the art of movement from another angle, expanding your flow, coordination, and creativity.
